Hey sweetie pies! I am so happy that you liked my guest post from Diani about her weight loss journey. She has come such a long way I was so honored that she agreed to be a guest poster for me!
Brekkie-the usual oats/chia, 2 eggwhites, PB and frozen berries added at the end. Delish and never gets old! My workout on Friday was soley cardio since I was having some DOMS from the past two days getting back to my weight training workouts from being away in Canada.
- 20 minutes on treadmill-running ranging speeds from 6.2-8.0 and inclines 0-4.0%
- 25 minutes spin bike-kicking my own butt to some techno!!
Apple at around 11:00 along with some Chobani (you all know what that looks like though!)
Lunch was a hugh Jass with romaine, cuke, broccolli, red pepper, salsa, hummus and honey mustard drizzled atop
With some When Pigs Fly low carb wheat bread.
Tofu with LC wedge, hot sauce-So GOOD!
Me and my roommate attempted to organize our spices. We had about 4 nutmegs, 5 cinnamons, 3 garlic salts and 3 cayenne peppers. We did some condensing and cleaning and its 100% better!!
Got a MANICURE! ahhh I was in such need! What color did I get?
The one on the left called “yes I can-can” Loved it!
afternoon snackage (sorry for the blurry) This would be cottage cheese, kashi puffs, Barbara’s high fiber cereal, frozen bloobs and some PB. I could eat this everyday all day and be happy as a clam!
Outfit-age for going to dinner wiht my roomate and one of her friends. Jeans, gray boots, black shirt. Basic, simple thats my stylleeee
Da boots. Love these! I Have them in black too. They are by Diba.
The Cactus Club in Boston on Boylston st.
Fun decor over the bar. (I felt like a tourist taking pics LOL)
Crack and salsa to start. the salsa was SO homemade and so good. HUGE chunks of tomato and onion!!
I got the chicken faHEEtas. So good and also so healthy! basic grilled chicken, peppers, onions, corn and cheese.
Came with the trio, I just had the salsa and cheese bc I detest sourcream!
The roomie’s whole wheat burrito with some black beans and cuke salad on the side
Our other friends chicken enchiladas with a buttload of rice!
The sketchiest no-name, cracked bottle of hot sauce that we got at the table. MUY spicy.

This morning I woke up and KNEW I wanted to make these chickpea blondies I have been hearing about, sooo thats what I did!
I followed Allies recipe, but changed a few things
- instead of coconut oil, I used canola oil
- instead of 2 eggs, I used 3 eggwhites
- instead of agave nectar I used some pure stevia and T of honey
- baked at 350 for about 18 minutes.
- These were AWESOME!
Threw everything in a food processor and VOILA!
Before
After
I LOVED these! they were super sweet and very muffin-y. I think if I cooked them for about 3 less minutes they would have been more brownie-like, not muffin-like, but overall loved them! they will be gone in a flash!
