I don’t really have an excuse and I feel like so many bloggers out there always make up excuses if they miss a day of blogging, but to be honest I don’t really have an excuse. As Janetha would say in her post today I was L-I-V-I-N-G. I was just taking a mini technology break…I hope you all understand (because I did miss you!!) So, moving on.
HAPPY MARATHON MONDAY! What a day here in Boston today!! If you ran, or knew anyone running, congratulations for such an amazing accomplishment. The male winner clocked in at 2:05 hours. Unbelievable. I heard Will Farrell ran it too! How cool, I wish I spotted him!

Before work on Friday, I was doing some blog reading and on Alyson’s blog I came across a new recipe that she posted and Immediately took notes in my crackberry
I mixed everything in the magic bullet and cooked it on a skillet for about 1 min on each side
It was a doughy, chocolaty delight! This was SO good! I think I did over cook it a bit, so next time I will flash cook it on each side to make it doughier! Awesome recipe, Alyson!

Saturday I woke up and had a killer bowl of oatmeal to fuel me to teach my 2nd to last spin class. Yes, the 11am class on Saturday isn’t continuing through the summer, part my decision. I go away many weekends in the summer, and really don’t want to be tied down to teach an 11am indoor spin class on a BEAUTIFUL Saturday. I taught on Saturday when it was sunny and 75 degrees this past April and there were a mere 2 people in the class, so I can only imagine in the middle of July on a beautiful 85 degree day the participation! If I am still living in my apartment come September, I will pick it up again!

Saturday night we were going out with some friends, but they were coming over for a drink. I made some apps!
Homemade pita chips! (cut pita in wedges, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the oven on broil for about 3 minutes!)

This monster wrap was eaten for lunch at Bills Pizzaria in Newton Center. WOWZA this was one of the best wraps I have ever gotten! This was the Ultimate veggie wrap Feta, Eggplant, Broccoli, Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Tomato and Onions. I added chicken to it to! in a whole wheat wrap. I DOMINATED this wrap! I ate every last bit of the innards, but the wrap was just getting to be a lot of ‘bread’ at the end, so towards the end, I tore it apart and ate it with a fork and knife!

This morning for MARATHON MONDAY! What a day here in Boston. I am so happy that I worked at 5am today, because if it was any later in the morning I would have lots of trouble getting into work due to the road closings!

It was a great workout! I then went on the spin bike for 10 minutes and finished up with ABS.
- I have been doing some research on INSANITY workout. I want to get the DVD’s so bad, but my problem is that I have no space! the living space in my apartment has a big table in the middle and every time I do the DVD’s I would have to move the table. I really want to get them though. I have seen the samples and this plyometric workout is AMAZING

My mom used to get this ALL the time! I haven’t had it in so long, though. It tastes like a mixture of ricotta and cottage cheese, with great stats!

I remember I bought this a WHILE ago, and left it at my parents house so I grabbed it. Anyone know good recipes that I could use soy flour for? Would it be good in my pancakes?
And ALMOND BUTTER! My Parents aren’t huge fans of AB, so I grabbed it!
