Hey friends! As you can see I am back to posting every other day. I will try to post as much as possible but I have been SUPER busy, so I have to make some sacrifices sadly with the time spent blogging.
Back to the weekend, because I want to share some things I found! in the very back corner of the produce department, I spotted a whole cart full of reduced price produce! I was in shock because I have never seen this before. There were bags of bell peppers, bananas, mushrooms, pears and oranges. I was so thrilled to see this because the produce was in really decent shape. Its just like day old bread. Its just not as fresh, but still tastes great AND it was about 70% of the price!
Peppers were $1.39 a lb compared to ones I had in my cart that were $3.99!
HUGE bag of mushrooms for $1.29 a lb whereas I had a conatiner that was $4.19! This bag was also twice the size of what I had
Reduced, reschmoosed….these mushrooms were great!! I sliced the right up when I got home to use in my lunch
Salad with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, lots of veggies and sauteed mushrooms!
After lunch, we had some errands to do and stopped at the pet store! There were dogs on sale? I wondered what made these dogs ‘on sale’
They were so cute!!
Birds!
This was the funniest looking creature! His mouth just stayed open like that the whole time. I was nervous he wasn’t alive but up close he was moving his mouth

My workouts have been going great!! I am beginning to see some more definition in my arms and legs and seeing muscles pop through which I have never seen in that detail before. It goes to show what hard work in the gym and a clean diet can do!
Last night for dinner I was craving….meatballs! I picke dup some extra lean ground beef
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 C diced onion
- 1/3 C diced roasted red pepper
- 1 T italian seasoning
- 1 T basil
- 1/2 T oregano
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic-crushed
Place all ingredients in a bowl
Roll up your sleeves and take off your rings
Get in there with your hands and combine well!
I let it sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the flavors marry
Form 1-1 1/2 inch balls and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
I placed them atop some roasted brussels sprouts and called it dinner! These were SO flavorful, I forgot how much I loved meatballs!
I have had a few emails with people asking me for progress pictures. While I don’t feel comfortable posting pictures of myself in a bikini on the internet, I will give sneak peeks here and there!
Here is a arm workout for you all!!!
