Chocolate Protein Pancakes
- 1T coconut flour
- 2T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Egg, 1 egg white
- pinch of baking powder
- 1/4C chopped fresh spinach
- 1T flaxseed meal
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and let sit for a few minutes
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spray with cooking spray
- Spoon out the batter into evenly sized pancakes (I made 3)
