Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1T coconut flour
  • 2T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Egg, 1 egg white
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 1/4C chopped fresh spinach
  • 1T flaxseed meal
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and let sit for a few minutes
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spray with cooking spray
  4. Spoon out the batter into evenly sized pancakes (I made 3)
  5. ENJOY!
