I am currently feeling like this

But I am hanging in there…took a spin class this moring before work to let out some stress. Packing and deep breathing…i’ll be back soon!

    When I’m stressed like you (have a lot going on, busy), I power through it. Make lists and cross off tasks as you complete them. That will lower your stress level. I also a fan of taking a walk or a few deep breaths when I’m stressed at work. A good workout usually helps too but when I have a lot going on, it can almost make me more anxious knowing what I have waiting for me! Good luck. By tomorrow you’ll be doing so much better!

    Oh yes, I know that feeling all too well. When I’m stressed I have to remind myself that it’s my thinking that is causing the stress. I find that I often replay over and over in my head all that I have to do, so I need to remind myself to just stop! Also, deep breathing helps, as you know 🙂

    That picture made me laugh out loud. 🙂 I’m sorry you’re feelin’ stressed lovely! I try and take a hot shower…and naps. Naps, naps, naps. I always awake with a renewed sense of composure.

    I hope this weekend is relaxing for you, Naomi! Hang in there!! I usually just start planning/writing lists in an effort to feel a little more in control. It helps but it also takes time. Try taking a hot bath and watching some mindless TV. Or even BAKE!

    I TOTALLY feel ya on this! I bet I look like that monkey right about now too, haha! When I get stressed I always take a nice warm bubble bath – even better when the weather is cold too, perhaps bring a cup of tea too!

    Hope you’re feeling better! Treat yourself to a massage or something, give yourself so “me time”

    don’t stress!!

    go to bath and body works and get yourself a bottle of pillow spray. it works wonders 😉 smells amazing and you’re breathing in stress free aromatherapy the whole night.

    AWWW sorry you’re so stressed ! usually i just do deep breaths…or i just get down and bang out a bodyweight circuit. =D

    and btw. i eat using plastic utensils..until they break..in my house. i have this love affair with them. i’m so lame.

    When I am at home, I put on some gangsta rap and dance around (with my dog) like the white girl I am.

    When I am at work and stressed, I take a a walk or get an order of french fries from downstairs . If it’s the latter, that’s how I know things are really bad.

    LOL that picture is great!!! Dealing with stress? Ahh working out and remembering to laugh. Just remember one thing at a time. Dont think of the whole picture, just little steps. Everything always gets done in the end. So no need to worry. Take care sweetie!
