my day started with the gym. I got so sleep in today since I work at 11:30 today (yipee) I trudged through the pouring rain walked to the gym, and hit the elliptical first for a 20 min cardio sesh. My legs are still not 100% and I am experiencing major DOMS from my workout on Monday! The elliptical def helped get all of my blood flowing!
I also got an email that the group fitness instructor of my gym (where I work out) wants me to teach the Saturday SPIN class at 11:00 at my gym! that means I will be a permanent on the schedule! if you live in the boston area COME TAKE MY CLASS!!!

- Bench leg lifts
- Shoulder Press (normal, nuetral grip)
- Assisted Pull ups
- Tricep Skull Crushers
- Jump Rope (2 minutes)
- Tricep Kick back
- Stability Ball Roll outs
- Crunch with feet in air (holding medicine ball)
- Plank on Bosu
- Pike/Knee tucks
- Single Leg DB toe taps
- 1 minute on Each
- 10 plyo lunges (10 each leg)
- 1 min Jumping Jacks
- 15 push ups
- 15 squats, alternating leg lifts
- 1 min mountain climbers
- 1 min bicycle crunches
- 15 tricep dips (with a hold at the bottom on the last one)
- 12 backwards lunges, alternating legs
- 30 seconds plank, 30 seconds left side plank, 30 seconds right side plank
- REPEAT 2 or 3 times
- ENJOY!
