FRIDAY!

Hey guys, happy Friday! How is your day going? Mine is great! all done with work. I am watching the HILLS marathon on MTV. Wow, Heidi circa 2007 is SO cute. I can’t believe what she did with herself

I started this morning with 1/2 banana

This was eaten, then I had my workout. Today was a ‘take it easy day’ I did a 15 run (HIIT) on the treadmill and about 30 minutes worth of plyos/stretching in the studio. Good workout, but I am majorly sore today, and have to teach SPIN class tomorrow, so I took it a bit easy today

1/2 C oatmeal with 1/2 Scoop BSN cinnamon roll, 1/2 banana, frozen blueberries. Delicious

Some hazelnut coffee with skim and 1 Truvia.
Finally finished Dear John! What a fast read. It was good! I think that when I see the movie, I will definitely cry! Any other good book recommendations!?

I read this new Issue of SELF magazine too! In the happiness section they had a great article about “truth and Dares” basing it on your body.

I also had just 1/2 of one of my chocolate cinnamon protein muffins

I came home SO hungry. I threw together a quick salad. Romaine, orange pepper, mushrooms, baby carrots, tomato, cuke with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar

High fiber tortilla with smushed kidney beans

Beans. So buttery tasting!

Topped with Laughing Cow, Romaine, mustard, sprouts and turkey breast

Yummay.
And I just did my nails!
