Hey guys! How was everyones weekend? I think it FLEW by! And now its Monday again….ohhh well. Work hard, play hard, right? I have some great pics, not everything was documented but by now, you all know that I don’t document EVERYTHING.
Speaking of which I got an anon comment asking how many calories I eat per day.
To this I answer, I have NO IDEA! If you follow me and have been following me, you know that my key is balance. I do not count calories, even a little bit and never plan to. I did once in my life and it drove me bananas! I eat a healthy diet with nothing off limits!
Sunday Morning I made a killer pot of coffee with this cinnamon vanilla nut. Gotta love Archer Farms!

Some Proats (thats protein oats) Did I mention this beautiful breakfast was POST Insanity. It was cardio power and resistance day! Those shoulder push ups will never get easy!
1/2 C Oats cooked in 1 1/2 C water, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 banana, 2 diced strawberries, frozen blueberies (added at the end) 13 choppped almonds
I went to the store and got lots of groceries, boring old stuff BUT I also got 2 new products! Laughing Cow Weight Watchers cheese wedges, and Glennys Soy Crisps!
Laughing Cow Imposter? I think so! I was intrigued by the flavor though! They have about the same stats, 30 calories, 1g fat, 2g protein.
Oh just some teeth marks. My Thoughts?
Good stuff! Loved the creaminess and flavor. Not much different than Laughing Cow!
FOr lunch, I put together some greens and veggies with some soy crisp croutons! It was a Diva-fied salad!
I was craving a tuna melt! I threw together a WW parmesan peppercorn cheese wedge, tuna (mixed with mustard and greek yogurt) 3 tomato slices, sprouts and some more mozz cheese in a wrap!
Yep, thats my panini maker. No fancy equipment for this gal
It came out perfectly crisp and melty
Oh it was good, finished in about 2 minutes flat
Jason caught some fresh cod when he went fishing yesterday, so this was what was for dinner! FRESH from the ocean cod fish!
We worked at it for a while, de-skinning it.
I set up the dippage stations. This is eggwhites on the right and italian breadcrumbs on the left
Sweet tater, steamed broc and baked cod fish!
So fresh it fell right apart! I love fish!

This morning INSANITY it was bright and early. After I was a sweaty mess, I showered quick and fueled my system!
Shredded spoonfuls & Kashi Heart 2 Heart, 1/2 banana, handful raisins, skim milk
Snack time was about 2 hours after. greek yogurt, 14 almonds, kashi honey sunshine and GO lean. I covered 3 Kashi cereals in 4 hours…Normal?
And a Local Apple!

Oh and I forgot to mention a KILLER wrap I ordered at a restuarant this weekend.
It was SO good! Grilled chicien, roasted red pepper, lettuce, hummus and pickles. It was AMAZING. ALl wrapped in a spinach tortilla!

Piece of ezekial toast with a LC wedge, grilled chicken and sprouts!
And a salad in the last of a Organic greens container! Less dishes for me!
