I want to share with you some of my all time favorite exercises that involve just your body weight. We are all super crunched for time these days, and even that 10 min drive to the gym can just throw everything off. Those days are for working out at home. I gaurentee each and everyone of you has some sort of space that is about the size of your body, because well…thats all you need to perform most of these exercises!
Not just for performing these exercises at home, I also love to incorporate bodyweight training into my lifting routines. Bodyweight exercises could be all that you ever need to do to build incredible strength. The truth is that there are MANY ways to get strong, and this also varies from each individual as well. Tell me this…if you can perform a bench press (awesome!) but if you cannot perform a proper push up…there is some imbalance
