These Coconut peanut butter protein bars are amazing for any time of day; pre, post workout or a sweet treat for after lunch or dinner! You can customize them by using any nut butter you like and also play around with the toppings! Don't like shredded coconut? Try sprinkling some crushed walnuts or chocolate chips for your sweet tooth. By using coconut flour as the base, these bars are grain free, low in sugar and paleo friendly (If using almond butter but I had the Nuts N' More salted caramel PB on hand so I used that!)
Ingredients
- 1.5 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder (slap nutrition)
- 4 tablespoons Coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 heaped teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons Nuts n More Peanut Butter (Can use any nut butter you like!)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
